TRaMS Dispatch and Return Policy.

Orders made via the TRaMS website will be dispatched on the day of payment clearance or the next working day for commercial customers. Credit card customers goods will be dispatched within 2-3 days, however please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

Orders will be sent via our courier, usually Australia Post.

TRaMS warrants that its media products are free from defects at manufacture and will replace any defective media under the following conditions.

Product must be returned to TRaMS in its original packaging.

Customers must provide a specific complaint and a return address.

TRaMS will assess whether the product is defective through failure at manufacture.

TRaMS will not replace any media that has been damaged by the consumer through mishandling or abuse.

If TRaMS determines that the product is defective it will be replaced free of charge and returned to the customer.

TRaMS cannot give refunds on purchases.
